10.8.2. Replacement of lamps

For replacement of lamps of a block headlight execute the following operations.

1. Open a cowl.

2. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery...

3. … turn a headlight cover counterclockwise …	4. … also uncover.

    

NOTES Replacement of lamps of a left headlight is shown. Lamps in a right headlight are symmetrized, replace them similarly. The cover of a headlight is condensed with a rubber ring. Replace strongly pressed out or torn ring new.

5. Disconnect a block of a plait of wires from a lamp of passing/driving beam.	6. Bring a spring clamp out of hooks on a reflector, cast away a clamp...

7. … also take out a lamp of head light.

    

PREVENTION Do not touch by lamp flask fingers as the galogenovy lamp strongly heats up and fatty spots will cause darkening of a flask. Take a lamp for a flask only in pure gloves or a pure rag. If on a lamp after all there were fatty spots, remove them with alcohol.

8. Insert a new lamp into a reflector and record it the spring holder.

9. Extend a cartridge of a lamp of dimensional light from a nest (the boss is established with a small tightness) and take it from a block headlight.	10. Take a bestsokolny lamp from the boss.

11. Insert a new lamp into a cartridge and establish a cartridge into place.

12. Establish into place a headlight cover.

13. Turn a cartridge of a lamp of the index of turn counterclockwise …	14. … also take it from a block headlight.

15. Press a lamp, turn it counterclockwise and take from the boss.

16. Establish a new lamp in a cartridge, and a cartridge in a block headlight.

For replacement of a lamp of a side lamp of indexes of turn execute the following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.

2. Shift the case of the index of turn back …	3. … also take it from a wing.

4. Turn a cartridge counterclockwise …	5. … also take it from an index lamp.

6. Take a lamp from the boss.

7. Insert a new lamp into a cartridge, and a cartridge in the index case.

8. Establish a side lamp of indexes of turn as it should be, the return to removal.

For replacement of any lamp in a back lamp execute the following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.

2. Open a luggage carrier.

3. Squeeze clamps and open a cover in facing of a luggage carrier for access to a lamp.	4. Turn a cartridge of a lamp counterclockwise …

5. … also take it from a lamp.	6. Press a lamp, turn it counterclockwise and take out from the boss.

7. At installation of a new lamp ledges on a lamp have to get to cuts on the boss. Then record a lamp in the boss, having turned it against the stop (on 90 °) clockwise.

8. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal.

9. Other lamps in a back lamp replace similarly.

For replacement of a lamp in a lamp of illumination of registration plate execute the following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.

2. Remove a lamp of illumination of registration plate (see. "Replacement of lamps of illumination of registration plate").	3. Take a bestsokolny lamp from the boss.

4. Establish a new lamp.

5. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal.

For replacement of a lamp in an additional stoplight execute the following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.

2. Turn a cartridge of a lamp of an additional stoplight counterclockwise and remove it (operation is performed from a luggage carrier).	3. Press a lamp, turn it counterclockwise and take out from the boss.

4. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal.

    

NOTE One of ledges on the boss of a lamp of the already others. At installation orient a cartridge so that it coincided with narrower cut (it is shown by an arrow), and turn a cartridge clockwise against the stop.

For replacement of a lamp in a plafond of illumination of salon execute the following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.

2. Wring out the screw-driver clamps and remove the lens of a plafond.	3. Wring out spring contact and take a lamp.

4. Insert a new lamp.

5. Install at first a forward part of the lens in the plafond case …	6. … and then press a back part before click (a zashchelkivaniye of clamps).

For replacement of a lamp in a plafond of illumination of a luggage carrier execute the following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.

2. Overcoming effort of a clamp, take a plafond from an opening in a car body (if necessary hook it the screw-driver).	3. Wring out spring contact and take a lamp.

4. Insert a new lamp into a plafond.

5. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal.
