10.8.4. Replacement of the electroproofreader of light of headlights

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.

2. Remove a block headlight (see. "Replacement of a block headlight"). Do not remove a decorative overlay of a headlight.	3. Turn the electroproofreader (counterclockwise for a left headlight and clockwise for a right headlight) …

4. … also take it, having brought a spherical tip out of gearing with the plastic lever of a reflector.	5. Remove a sealing ring.

6. Establish the electroproofreader as it should be, the return to removal. At installation track that the spherical tip of the electroproofreader entered gearing with the reflector lever for what remove a back cover of a block headlight and hold the lever with a finger.

    

GOOD ADVICE Connect blocks of a plait of wires, without establishing a headlight, connect a wire to the minus plug of the rechargeable battery and check work of the electroproofreader: turn on the passing or driving light of headlights. At rotation of the regulator of the electroproofreader the light bunch of a headlight has to move in the vertical direction. If the sound of work of the electroproofreader is heard, and the light bunch does not move, then, most likely, the tip of the electroproofreader did not enter gearing with the reflector lever.

7. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal. Check correctness of adjustment of light of headlights and if necessary adjust it (see. "Check and adjustment of light of headlights").
