3.10. Engine overheat

During the operation of the engine the serviceable cooling system supports optimum temperature condition. Violations in operation of the cooling system can lead to an engine overheat. If to pass this moment, there can be unpleasant consequences: breakdown of laying of a head of the block, buckling of a head and, as a result, complex repair of the engine.

In a combination of devices of any car there is an index 2 temperatures of cooling liquid. Besides the index, the alarm lamp of 1 overheat of the engine is installed on a part of cars in a combination of devices. If the engine overheats, the arrow of the index approaches a red zone and the alarm lamp lights up (if it is established).
