5.13.3. Replacement of the main muffler

1. Turn off two nuts of fastening of a pipe of the main muffler to a pipe of the additional muffler.

2. Separate flanges of pipes, overcoming the elastic resistance of pillows of a suspension bracket …

3. … also remove sealing laying.

GOOD ADVICE
Replace sealing laying between flanges of pipes of the main and additional mufflers at each dismantling of connection new.

4. Supporting the muffler, remove two back from its arms …
|
5. … and pillow lobby …
|
6. … and then remove the main muffler.
7. Install the new main muffler as it should be, the return to removal. For simplification of installation in pillows grease muffler arms with soap solution.
