5.14.11. Check and replacement of the regulator of idling

The regulator of idling is located in the top part of throttle knot. It consists of the bipolar step electric motor and the conical valve connected to it. On EBU signal the electric motor moves the valve, changing thereby the section of the air channel through passage.
It will be required to you: the screw-driver with a crosswise edge, a tester.
1. Disconnect a block of a plait of wires from the regulator (at the switched-off ignition), having wrung out its spring clamp.
2. Include ignition and measure by a tester in the voltmeter mode tension between a conclusion And blocks and "mass" of the car.
3. Repeat measurement serially for other conclusions of a block (B, C and D). Indications of a tester for these four measurements have to be within 0,4–12 Century.
4. Switch a tester to the mode of an ohmmeter and measure resistance between conclusions And yes In the regulator, and then between conclusions of C and D. Resistance has to be within 40–80 Ohms.
5. For replacement of the regulator turn out two screws of its fastening to throttle knot …
6. … also take the regulator from an opening of throttle knot.
7. Install the idling regulator as it should be, the return to removal.
