6.1.2. Removal and installation of coupling

It will be required to you: a key "on 11", a mandrel for centering of the conducted disk.

1. Remove the transmission (see. "Removal and installation of the transmission").

2. Holding a flywheel the screw-driver from a provorachivaniye, turn out six bolts of fastening of a casing of a press clutch plate to a flywheel. Weaken an inhaling of bolts evenly: on one turn of a key everyone, passing from a bolt to a bolt on diameter.

    

NOTE For descriptive reasons work is shown on the removed engine.

3. Remove a casing and the conducted clutch plate.

NOTE For centering of coupling make a mandrel according to fig. 6.2.

4. At coupling installation at first establish by means of a mandrel (see fig. 6.2) the conducted disk, then a casing of a press disk and screw bolts of fastening of a casing to a flywheel. Roll bolts evenly: on one turn of a key everyone, passing from a bolt to a bolt on diameter. Moment of an inhaling of bolts of 15 N · m.

5. Remove a mandrel and install the transmission.

6. Check and if necessary adjust the coupling switching off drive (see. "Check and adjustment of the drive of switching off of coupling").
