6.1.4. Replacement of the main cylinder of the drive of switching off of coupling

It will be required to you: keys "on 10", a face head "on 13", a special key "on 10" for nuts of pipelines, the extender, a neck, passatizh.

1. Turn off a stopper of a tank and pump out (for example, the big medical syringe) brake fluid from the section of a tank of the main brake cylinder feeding a coupling switching off hydraulic actuator.

NOTE The tank, the general for the main cylinders of brakes and switching off of coupling, has three separate sections: two for separate contours of a hydraulic actuator of brakes and one for a coupling switching off hydraulic actuator.

2. Remove a broad tank of the cooling system of the engine (see. "Removal and installation of a broad tank").

    

NOTE The broad tank of the cooling system of the engine needs to be removed for receiving access to the main cylinder of the drive of switching off of coupling. The tank can be not removed completely, it is enough to turn off two nuts of its fastening and to take a tank aside, without disconnecting from it hoses and without merging cooling liquid.

3. Passatizhami squeeze the unbent collar ears, shift a collar along the feeding hose …	4. … also disconnect a hose from the main cylinder.

5. Turn off a nut of fastening of a tube of a hydraulic actuator of switching off of coupling to the main cylinder …	6. … also take a tube aside.

7. In interior of the car under the dashboard disconnect a pusher of the main cylinder from a coupling pedal (see. "Removal and installation of a pedal of coupling").

8. Turn off two nuts of fastening of the main cylinder of the drive of switching off of coupling to a body …	9. … also remove the main cylinder.

10. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal, and remove air from a hydraulic actuator (see. "Pumping of a hydraulic actuator of switching off of coupling").

11. Check operation of the drive and if necessary adjust the coupling pedal course (see. "Check and adjustment of the drive of switching off of coupling").
