6.2.11. Repair of the mechanism of gear shifting

For repair the mechanism of gear shifting is removed from the transmission (see. "Dismantling and assembly of the transmission and troubleshooting of its details").
It will be required to you: a stripper for lock rings, the screw-driver, small beards, the hammer.
1. Beat out a pin of fastening of the spherical lever to a gear shifting shaft …
2. … also take a pin from a gear shifting mechanism cover.
3. Take out a switching shaft from openings of a cover and take the spherical lever from a cover.
4. Having hooked the screw-driver, take a switching shaft epiploon from a cover nest. Replace the worn-out, hardened or damaged epiploon.
5. Part a lock ring …
6. … also remove a lock ring, a flat washer, a spring from an axis of the switch of transfers …
7. … second flat washer …
8. … and switch.
9. Collect the gear shifting mechanism as it should be, the return to dismantling, having replaced the worn-out or damaged details.
