6.2.12. Repair of hinges of the drive of gear shifting
Gear shifting drive:
1 – gear shifting lever tip;
2 – gear shifting lever;
3 – draft of the choice of transfers;
4 – gear shifting shaft hinge;
5 – gear shifting shaft;
6 – gear shifting lever hinge
At increase in gaps in the drive of gear shifting there is a vibration of the lever of gear shifting during the movement, and gear shifting becomes indistinct and complicated. In this case it is necessary to repair drive hinges.
You will need the screw-driver.

1. For replacement of plugs of the hinge of the lever of gear shifting wring out the screw-driver lever axis clamps …

2. … also take an axis from openings of the hinge of the lever and an arm of a back support of the power unit. Take away the gear shifting lever from an arm.

3. Take two plastic plugs of the hinge from lever openings.
|
4. Remove rubber damping plugs from each plastic plug …
|
5. … and sealing rings. Replace the hardened or damaged rubber plugs and rings.
6. Collect the gear shifting lever hinge in the sequence, the return dismantling.

7. For repair of the hinge of a shaft of gear shifting remove a spring clamp …
|
8. … also take a gear shifting drive hinge axis. Separate hinge forks.
|
9. Take out a plastic cracker from a shaft fork.
10. Collect the hinge of draft of gear shifting in the sequence, the return dismantling.

11. Draft of the choice of transfers is made assembled with hinges therefore at emergence of side plays in hinges of draft replace draft assembled.

12. Wring out a plastic clamp of the hinge …

13. … also remove the hinge from a spherical finger of the lever of gear shifting.
14. Similarly disconnect the second hinge and remove draft.
15. Establish draft of the choice of transfers to the sequences, the return to removal.

NOTE
If after repair of hinges of the lever and draft of gear shifting, and also after replacement of draft of the choice of transfers in the drive the raised side play remained, so gaps in other non-demountable hinges of the drive are increased. In this case replace the drive assembled.
