6.2.5. Removal and installation of the transmission

It will be required to you: keys "on 12", "on 14", "on 19".

1. Remove the rechargeable battery (see. "Removal and installation of the rechargeable battery") and a regiment of its fastening (see. "Removal and installation of the shelf of fastening of the rechargeable battery").

2. If you remove the transmission for repair, merge from it oil (see. "Replacement of oil in the transmission").

3. Disconnect drives of forward wheels from the transmission (see. "Removal and installation of drives of forward wheels").

4. Mark in any way (for example, paint) a relative positioning of draft and a tip of the lever of gear shifting to keep adjustment of the drive at the return installation of a box.	5. Weaken an inhaling of a bolt of a klemmovy clip of the drive of control of the gear shifting mechanism...

6. … also separate draft and a tip of the lever of gear shifting.	7. Disconnect blocks of a motor plait of wires from the speed sensor …

8. … and from the backing light switch.	9. Turn off two nuts of bolts of fastening of an arm of the working cylinder of coupling, holding the lower bolt from a provorachivaniye the second key.

10. Take aside the working cylinder of coupling assembled with an arm and a hose.

11. Establish a support under an oil case of the engine, using a board piece as a pro-rate.	12. Establish a support under the transmission and turn out three bolts of fastening of an arm of the left forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit to the transmission.

13. Turn out two bolts of fastening of a support to a body longeron (see. "Replacement of support of a suspension bracket of the power unit") also remove a support assembled with an arm.

14. Turn out two bolts of fastening of a box to the block of cylinders under a water distribution pipe …	15. … the bolt located near an oil filter …

16. … and four bolts (on a turn-key basis "on 14") fastenings of an oil case to a transmission case.	17. Turn out bolts of fastening of a case of the transmission to the block of cylinders of the engine, close to a starter …

18. … and near a transmission case eye for fastening of an arm of the working cylinder of coupling.

19. Turn out two bolts of fastening of a back support of the power unit to a body (see. "Replacement of support of a suspension bracket of the power unit") …

20. … also remove the transmission from the car together with a back support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.

PREVENTION Not to opirayta the end of a main shaft on petals of a press spring of coupling not to deform them.

21. Install the transmission as it should be, the return to removal.

GOOD ADVICE Before installation of the transmission apply a thin film of jellied lubricant on a shlitsevy part of a main shaft.

22. Fill in oil in the transmission (see. "Replacement of oil in the transmission", page 139) if it was merged before removal of a box.

23. Adjust the drive of control of the gear shifting mechanism (see. "Adjustment of the drive of control of the transmission").
