32. Examine a secondary shaft and its details:

– persistent half rings and locking rings should not have wear tracks and zadir on face surfaces;
– naves of synchronizers should not have забоин and wear tracks;
– end faces of shliyets of couplings of synchronizers and the blocking rings should not have jams and vykrashivaniye;
– at installation of blocking synchronizer ring on a cone of the corresponding gear wheel the gap between end faces of a ring and a gear wreath of a gear wheel has to be not less than 1 mm. Otherwise the blocking ring needs to be replaced.
33. Collect a secondary shaft as it should be, the return to dismantling, taking into account the following:
– before a napressovka on a shaft of naves of synchronizers heat naves in an oil bathtub to temperature of 100 °C;
– at a napressovka of naves of synchronizers you watch that crackers got to grooves of the blocking rings;
– after assembly of a secondary shaft check rotation of all gear wheels: they have to rotate freely.
