9.7.1. Replacement of brake hoses

On the car apply four brake hoses: two (back) for connection of pipelines on a beam of a back suspension bracket and two (lobbies) for connection of pipelines with working cylinders of forward brake mechanisms.

It will be required to you: keys "on 10", "on 12", "on 19", passatizh.

GOOD ADVICE Apply special keys as nuts are strongly tightened and usually korrodirovana owing to what when using of usual keys of a side of nuts are rumpled to an otvorachivaniye of nuts of tubes.

1. For removal of a forward hose turn off a nut of fastening of a tube, holding the top tip of a hose from a provorachivaniye …	2. … also disconnect a tube.

GOOD ADVICE For prevention of a full effluence of liquid from a hydraulic actuator at once muffle a tube opening in any available way. Very well protective caps of valves for production of air are suitable for this purpose.

3. Remove a locking bracket from the top tip of a hose.	4. Turn out a bolt union of fastening of the lower tip of a hose to the working cylinder of the forward brake mechanism …

NOTE Pay attention to two copper sealing washers … … located on both sides of a hose tip. At assembly replace these washers new.

5. … also remove a brake hose.

6. Establish a new hose as it should be, the return to removal.

PREVENTION Track that the hose was not overwound at installation along an axis.

7. Similarly replace the second forward hose.

8. Back brake hoses have the tips similar to the top tip of a forward hose. Replace these hoses, using the same receptions and tools, as for lobbies.

9. After replacement of hoses remove air from the brake system (see. "Pumping of a hydraulic actuator of the brake system").
