9.7.2. Replacement of brake tubes

Connections of tubes with all knots of the brake system and hoses, and also the principle of their replacement are identical. All nuts of tubes are executed turnkey "on 10".

Works are shown on the example of the tube connecting a back brake hose to the working cylinder of the back brake mechanism.

GOOD ADVICE Apply special keys as nuts are strongly tightened and usually korrodirovana owing to what when using of usual keys of a side of nuts are rumpled to an otvorachivaniye of nuts of tubes.

1. Turn off a nut of fastening of a tube to the working cylinder. It is more convenient to make it, previously having turned out the valve for removal of air (see. "Replacement of the working cylinder of the brake mechanism of a back wheel").	2. Turn off a nut of fastening of a tube to a back brake hose …

3. … unbend the metal holder on a beam of a back suspension bracket …	4. … bring a tube out of the holder and pick up the phone.

NOTE The holder of a tube to the working cylinder of the brake mechanism of the right back wheel is made of plastic.

5. Establish a new tube as it should be, the return to removal.

6. After replacement of a tube remove air from the brake system (see. "Pumping of a hydraulic actuator of the brake system").
